STRENGTH TESTING! All you need to know

We will be running Strength Testing sessions in club week of the 23rd June! 

Here's all your questions answered!

What is strength testing?

A dedicated session to allow us to support you to test your 5 Rep Max for certain movements 

When is it?

Tuesday 24th - 9.30 and 18.15

Thursday 26th 10.35 and 19.15

Friday 27th 12.15

Saturday 28th 11.20

What movments do we do?

We do the big main movments - 

Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat and potentially a pull up or down

Whos it for?

Anyone who can already comfortably use the bar for bench press, deadlift and squats

How will it help? why should I book in?

It can really help you find your starting point for our next block of work, it allows you to understand how much weight you can move for 5 reps so you have a better understanding of what your aiming for and where you should start in each session when doing these movments
